How to reduce face fat?

  • Do cheeks puff exercise. Take a deep breath, puff of air into your cheeks.
  • Get enough sleep. You should get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Too little can make your face become too large and fatigue. Sagging muscles can cause rounder facial looks than normal.
  • Apply makeup. Use a slightly darker powder under your chin and cheeks. This will help make your face look slimmer. Make subtle changes, too much makeup can make your face look fake.
  •  Change your hairstyle. Wrong hairstyle can make a round face look more round. Tell your hair stylist to slim your face and draw attention away from your cheeks and chin.
